Performance Management Manual, Forms & Resources |
The new Performance Management Manual went into effect 10/01/2009 and should be used for performance planning and rating purposes.
[: Supervisors were allowed to rate employees under the previous system during the 2010 calendar year if they did not have prior opportunity to communicate expectations under the new system to those employees. The former Performance Appraisal Manual was in effect until 12/31/2010 for purposes of issuing a performance rating and is available here only for reference to previous performance issues.] If you have any questions, call the Employee Relations Manager at (727) 464-3506.
