Management Reports
The Records Administration
Section produces and distributes numerous statistical
reports concerning employee demographic and position
information for management uses. Many reports are
produced periodically and distributed to required
departments. Other reports are customized and are
produced upon request, depending on management need.
Type of Reports
Examples of periodic reports produced include Employee
Locator Reports, New Hire Reports, Termination Reports,
Temporary Employee Reminder Reports, Merit Review
Reminder and Unileave Reports. Such reports are
provided only to departments with a legitimate business
need. Numerous other customized reports are produced
according to management's need, including statistical
break down of employees based on specified factors,
positions by job class or pay grade, average salary
reports, etc.
How to Obtain
Requests by management for periodic or custom reports
should be directed to Gene (464-3903) or Chester
(464-5070) of the Records Administration
Section. Turn-a-round time on requested reports
could range from a couple of hours to two (2) or
more days, depending on the size and complexity
of the report and staff availability.
