The Employee Relations Division provides consulting services to departmental management and employees regarding grievances, disciplinary actions, performance appraisals, conflict resolution, and employee counseling. This division also interprets employment regulations, county policies, procedures, rules and practices. We encourage communication between supervisors and employees to promptly resolve workplace complaints. These services help the county in reducing and better managing difficult workplace situations, problems and conflicts.
