The Training & Development (T&D) Division provides a wide range of services aimed at enhancing organizational performance.

The Division offers training in both soft skills and computer skills (Microsoft Office) as well as workshops and seminars. T&D also coordinates the Tuition Reimbursement Program for County employees.

T&D is guided by the following mission:

We provide guidance and ideas to improve organizational and individual performance for Pinellas County Government and its employees through opportunities for learning, recognition, and growth.
