If the system is not accessed during a billing month,
there will be no charge. A flat monthly charge
of $5.00 will be assessed for 1 to 100 transactions,
plus $.05 for each additional transaction over 100.
A transaction occurs whenever you cause your
computer screen to change, for example; each time
you press the ENTER key or NEXT PAGE key.
NOTE: CUSTOMERS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECTED AFTER A PERIOD OF INACTIVITY.
