System Requirements
To run the County software your
computer system must conform to the following guidelines:

Your computer must have Internet
access. Broadband access (cable modem,
DSL, or T1) will provide faster response,
but Dial-up modem access at 56K will
function reasonably well.
- You must have a browser capable
of 128 bit encryption. Internet Explorer 5.5
or higher, netscape 4.76 or higher, and opera
6.01 or higher are all acceptable browsers.
It is necessary, and expected, that you
or your system operator have the basic skills
in using your computer operating system.
Without this ability, our technical assistance
specialists will not be able to assist you
effectively.
