- Norm Roche has been a resident of Pinellas County for nearly 40-years, moving to Pinellas in 1971 with his family at the young age of nine. Norm and his wife have lived, worked, raised their children and grown with our Pinellas community. The entire Roche family has been engaged in and has made many contributions to our community for decades - through their work, church, education, and community organization activities.
