Pinellas County provides services related to Building, Code Enforcement and Development Review Services. Please learn more about information on the specific operations of this department.

 

We are pleased to announce BDRS will be moving soon. BDRS offices at 310 Court St. will close at 4:30 pm on Thursday, February 16th. BDRS will re-open at 8am on Tuesday, February 21st, 2012 at 440 Court St., just across the street to the east. Building inspections will not be affected. Web Permitting will not be affected. Reminder that all County Offices are already closed on Monday February 20th, 2012 for in-service day.
