The Design Division is responsible for the design, permit acquisitions and preparation of construction documents for numerous County projects, including roadways, intersections, drainage improvements, sidewalks, and water and sewer utility lines. All major design projects within the County Park system including restrooms, shelters, roads, trails, and parking facilities are managed within this Division. In addition, designs are managed for other departments, such as the Community Development Department. Oversight of these designs is then provided throughout the construction of the projects .
